For the second year in a row, UTPD officers had the joy of reading to children at the UT Early Learning Center as part of Read Across America Day.

The initiative was part of an annual nationwide reading celebration on March 2 in honor of children’s author Dr. Seuss.

The pre-kindergarten and kindergarten students had the opportunity to ask the officers questions about their uniforms, the weapons and tools on their belt, and how to tell good guys from bad guys.
